ENCEBOLLADO SOUP

This delicious soup varies in ingredients from region to region in latin America, it is traditionally

eaten for breakfast to cure a hangover, or any time of the day to be satisfied!

This soup has a fragrant base of coconut, lemongrass, ginger, basil, parsley, mint, cilantro, celery, lime and spices, chunks of white fish, topped with pickled red onion, chifles, served with a chili sauce to bump up the heat as you like it.
